Have a Return?

You may return any item purchased from Vitagenis for any reason within ten (10) days of purchase. For online orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment. Opened products may not be returned. You may mail the product and receipt to:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 10 day period. Vitagenis reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
